We have compensated for all the damaged bags.
You said there are 200 bags+360 scratched bags and demanded compensation from us. But you cannot provide any evidence. You can only provide videos of 150 bags and 30 scratched bags. And we have made full compensation. And in a friendly manner, we have provided you with additional compensation.
In our opinion, your deceptive behavior is unreasonable.

we buy 1220 bags of the seller Andy, they delivered 202 without handle and 360 with glue and scratches on the outside.
they don’t want to send new
we payed 770+70 for 1220 bags
they after days of messing refunds us 168 USD.
my advice is buy from a seller who take full responsibility for that you get what you have ordered.

You ordered 1220 bags and we sent the exact quantity. Your feedback is that 202 bags have no handles, 360 have glue and scratches . We asked for the video many times, but you couldn't do it. you can't provide any proof. You can only provide 30 damaged bags, We have paid compensation for these.And in a friendly manner to give you additional compensation.
And in the course of the communication, you kept contradicting your conclusions, claiming that we only sent 1,212 bags. Everything you do I think is unreasonable
